Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:
• Gift cards
• Personalized or engraved items (unless damaged)
• Final sale items

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
